Recommendation Tracker is designed to help you save and organize recommendations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may use and how it is handled.

Information you enter

The app stores information you choose to enter, such as recommendation titles, locations, notes, names, and settings like your default city and custom AI instructions.

Contacts

If you choose to use the contact-linking feature, the app may request access to your contacts so you can select a person to associate with a recommendation. Contact access is only used for that purpose.

AI processing

If you use AI features, the text you enter or dictate may be sent to the app’s configured AI parsing service in order to generate or revise recommendation details. This can include the recommendation text itself, your default city, and any custom AI instructions you have saved in the app.

Data storage

Recommendation data is stored locally on your device unless a future version of the app clearly introduces another storage or sharing option.

Analytics and tracking

Recommendation Tracker does not use third-party advertising SDKs and is not designed to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Data sharing

Your information is not sold. Data is only shared when needed to provide an app feature you explicitly use, such as AI parsing or contact selection.

Your choices

You can control contact permissions in iOS Settings. You can also edit or delete recommendation data directly within the app.

Children’s privacy

Recommendation Tracker is not intended for children under 13.
